Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the reks.bet website as presented to users in the United Kingdom via the Rex Bet configuration (the "Website") and are effective from 6 November 2025 ("Effective Date"). By accessing or using any sportsbook, casino or related services on the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

  • Operator means Throne Entertainment B.V., operating the Website under a master gaming licence #5536/JAZ issued by C.I.L. Curaçao Interactive Licensing N.V., with its operational base at Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. Account Registration

To use the gambling Services, you must open an Account in your own name and complete the registration process on the Website.

  • Eligibility and age: You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble under the laws of your country of residence. By registering, you confirm that:
    • you are 18+ as of the date of registration;
    • you are resident in a jurisdiction where offshore online gambling is lawful; and
    • you understand that the Operator is licensed in Curaçao and does not hold a licence from the UK Gambling Commission, so UK regulatory protections (including GamStop and UK-approved Alternative Dispute Resolution) do not apply.
  • Single personal Account: You may hold only one Account on the Website. Creating multiple Accounts, using another person's details, or acting on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of funds if fraud is involved.
  • Registration information: You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, contact details and payment details. You must promptly update your data if it changes. The Operator may suspend or close your Account if information is false, misleading or unverifiable.
  • Account security: You must keep your username, password and other security credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify the Operator immediately via the contact channels listed on the Website.
  • KYC and verification: The Operator will apply KYC checks in accordance with its AML/KYC policy and licence obligations. You may be required to provide:
    • a valid government-issued photo ID;
    • proof of address (for example, a recent utility bill or bank statement);
    • proof of ownership for payment methods used (for example, a copy of a card or wallet verification screenshot); and
    • information about your source of funds or source of wealth.
    Verification is required, at a minimum, before cumulative withdrawals exceeding the equivalent of €2,000 and whenever suspicious activity is detected. The Operator may request additional documentation at any time and may suspend withdrawals until verification is completed.
  • Self-responsibility for legality: As a UK-based User accessing an offshore service, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website does not breach any laws or rules applicable to you, including your bank's rules on card transactions and UK-specific restrictions on gambling with credit cards.
  • Account closure: You may request account closure at any time via the Website or support channels. The Operator may close or suspend your Account where required by law, for responsible gambling reasons, for breach of these Terms, for suspected fraud or AML concerns, or where instructed by its regulator or payment partners.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all bets, games and use of the sportsbook and casino Services on the Website.

  • Placing bets: A Bet is valid only once it has been accepted by the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history. Minimum and maximum stake limits, as well as maximum potential payouts, are displayed in the relevant betting or game interface and may vary by sport, market, game or Player profile. Bets can only be placed using available Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds.
  • Bet confirmation and changes: Once you confirm and submit a Bet, it is final and may not be amended or cancelled by you. The Operator may, in its sole discretion, reject any Bet, or cancel, void or adjust Bets in cases of obvious error (including palpable odds errors), incorrect settlement, technical malfunction, event cancellation, or breach of these Terms. Where a Bet is voided, the stake is normally returned to your Account.
  • Event settlement and rules: Bets are settled according to the official results and timing data provided by the relevant governing body or data provider, and in line with the specific betting rules for each sport or market as published on the Website. In the event of discrepancies between different data sources, the Operator's settlement decision, acting reasonably and in good faith, is final.
  • Casino and live casino: All casino and live casino games are provided by third-party game providers under the Curaçao licensing framework. Game rules, pay-tables, return-to-player (RTP) information and maximum win limits are available within each game. Malfunction voids all plays and pays. If a game is interrupted, the Operator will endeavour to restore the game state or resolve the Bet in accordance with the applicable game rules.
  • Use of chat and live casino etiquette: Where chat functionality is provided, you must:
    • treat dealers, staff and other Players with respect;
    • not use insulting, racist, sexist, defamatory, threatening or obscene language;
    • not promote other websites or services; and
    • not solicit or share personal contact details.
    Abuse of chat may result in chat bans, Account suspension or closure.
  • Prohibited conduct: You must not engage in any fraudulent, collusive or unfair behaviour, including but not limited to: account sharing, multi-accounting, chargebacks, arbitrage abusing obvious errors, chip-dumping, advantage play that exploits software or promotion loopholes, or the use of bots or automated tools. The Operator may void affected Bets, confiscate funds derived from such conduct, and close the relevant Accounts.
  • Time-outs and responsible play: Internal responsible gambling tools may allow you to set limits, take time-outs or self-exclude from the Website. These are internal tools only and are not connected to the UK GamStop scheme. If you are registered with GamStop, you must not attempt to use the Website, and you remain responsible for your own compliance with any self-exclusion you have set elsewhere.

Bonus Terms

From time to time, the Operator may offer Bonuses and promotions on the Website. Each promotion is governed by these general Bonus Terms and the specific rules displayed in the relevant offer.

  • Bonus eligibility and activation: Bonuses may be restricted to certain countries, currencies, payment methods, or Player segments. Eligibility criteria, activation steps (for example, bonus codes, minimum deposit, or opt-in buttons) and expiry dates are stated in the relevant promotion description. A Bonus is considered activated only once it appears in your Account balance or bonus wallet.
  • Wagering requirements and time limits: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The required wagering multiple, the games that count towards wagering and the percentage contribution of each game type are defined in the promotion rules. Promotions will specify a time frame (extended, where applicable, into 2025) within which wagering must be completed. Failure to meet requirements within the stated period may result in removal of the Bonus and associated winnings.
  • Game restrictions and bet limits: Certain games or bet types may be excluded or have reduced contribution towards wagering (for example, low-risk roulette bets or equal-coverage bets). Maximum bet limits while wagering a Bonus may apply. Placing stakes above the permitted limit, or using strategies designed to bypass Bonus restrictions, may lead to the Bonus and any related winnings being cancelled.
  • Prohibited Bonus abuse: The following conduct is considered Bonus abuse and is prohibited:
    • opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
    • placing offsetting bets or colluding with other Players to guarantee profit;
    • depositing, receiving a Bonus and then withdrawing significantly without meaningful wagering ("bonus bagging"); and
    • using sister sites (including Bets10 or Mobilbahis or other brands operated by or affiliated with Throne Entertainment B.V.) in a coordinated way to exploit promotions or circumvent limitations.
    Where Bonus abuse is detected, the Operator may remove Bonuses, void associated winnings and, in serious cases, close the Account.
  • Combining promotions: Unless explicitly allowed, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined or "stacked". If multiple promotions are available concurrently, only one promotion may apply to a qualifying deposit or Bet, and the Operator will apply promotions in the order stated in the offer terms or, failing that, at its reasonable discretion.
  • Cancellation of Bonuses: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus by contacting support, provided that no wagering requirements or conditions remain unmet. Upon cancellation, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them may be forfeited, while your Real Money Balance remains unaffected unless otherwise specified.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed via third-party Payment Processors, including TPSolution Limited, in accordance with these Terms and any limits or conditions displayed on the Website.

  • Deposit methods and limits: Supported deposit methods typically include Visa, Mastercard, selected e-wallets such as Jeton, and various cryptocurrencies (including Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum and Litecoin). Minimum deposit amounts are normally the equivalent of at least £10, but may vary by method and promotions. Maximum deposit limits may also apply and can be adjusted at the Operator's discretion or at the request of the Player as a responsible gambling measure.
  • Credit and debit card usage for UK Players: For Users located in the UK, the use of credit cards for gambling is restricted under UK regulations. As the Operator is licensed in Curaçao and operates offshore, some issuing banks may still process card transactions, while others may decline them. You are responsible for complying with any applicable UK restrictions and for any consequences of using card-based methods to access offshore gambling services. The Operator does not guarantee that any particular transaction will be accepted by your bank.
  • Crypto and currency considerations: Cryptocurrency deposits are often treated as the most reliable method by offshore Users. Where deposits are made in GBP or other currencies but processed in EUR or USD, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, typically in the range of 2-3% based on user reports as of early 2025. The Operator is not responsible for FX fees or exchange rate fluctuations applied by third parties.
  • Withdrawals: Withdrawals are, where possible, processed to the same method used for deposit, subject to technical and regulatory constraints. Before approving a withdrawal, the Operator may require completion of KYC checks and may verify ownership of the payment method. Indicative processing times are displayed on the Website, but actual times depend on Payment Processors and banks and may be extended due to verification or AML reviews.
  • Fees: The Operator aims to avoid charging unreasonable fees for deposits or withdrawals; any such fees will be disclosed on the Website or at the point of transaction. Third-party providers (banks, card issuers, e-wallets, crypto networks) may apply their own charges, which are outside the Operator's control.
  • Refunds and chargebacks: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used to place Bets. In exceptional circumstances (for example, technical error leading to duplicate deposits), the Operator may consider a refund after reviewing the transaction history. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated with your bank may lead to immediate Account suspension, the voiding of Bets and Bonuses, and investigation for potential fraud or AML concerns.
  • Refunding Bets and Bonuses: If a Bet is voided due to event cancellation, palpable error, technical malfunction, or other valid reason, the stake will normally be returned to your Real Money Balance or restored Bonus Funds, as applicable. If a Bonus is cancelled due to inactivity or as part of a self-exclusion, any unused Bonus Funds may be removed; Real Money Balance will be returned, subject to any lawful set-off for chargebacks or fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability

The Operator seeks to provide a fair, secure and reliable gambling environment but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services.

  • Fairness and accuracy: The Operator uses reputable game providers and data sources and takes reasonable steps to ensure that games and betting markets operate fairly and that results are determined in accordance with their published rules. In the event of an error in odds, market settlement or game operation, the Operator may void or correct affected Bets in line with industry practice and applicable rules.
  • Technical failures: The Services may occasionally be affected by technical issues, such as hardware or software failures, instability of internet connections, power outages, cyber-attacks or other Force Majeure Events. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from such events, including interrupted connections, delayed communications or data loss, provided it has taken reasonable measures to protect its systems.
  • Excluded losses: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:
    • any indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, business, data or goodwill;
    • losses arising from your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, or failure to maintain the security of your Account;
    • losses attributable to third-party failures, including Payment Processors, banks, telecom providers or game suppliers.
  • Cap on liability: Subject to the paragraph below, the Operator's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the higher of (a) the amount of your last stake involved in the specific Bet giving rise to the claim, or (b) the total Real Money Balance in your Account at the time of the relevant incident.
  • Consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including any non-excludable statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence (which, for UK residents, may include certain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015). In the event of conflict between these Terms and such mandatory rights, the latter shall prevail.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and the Services are reserved by the Operator and its licensors.

  • Ownership: The design, layout, software, code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio-visual content and other materials displayed on the Website are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • Limited licence to use: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for your own private, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
  • Prohibited uses: You must not:
    • copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, display, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any part of the Website or its content without prior written consent of the Operator;
    • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used in connection with the Website, except where expressly permitted by law; or
    • use any automated tool, robot, scraper or spider to access or monitor the Website or to collect data for any commercial or competitive purpose.
  • Third-party content: Third-party trademarks, logos and content (including those of game providers and Payment Processors) appearing on the Website are used with permission or under licence and remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed by the Operator as a data controller for the purposes of providing the Services, complying with legal obligations (including AML and KYC) and ensuring the security and integrity of the Website.

  • Privacy Policy: The detailed terms governing the collection, use, storage, sharing and protection of your personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Website. That policy forms an integral part of these Terms, and by using the Services you agree to the processing of your data as described therein.
  • Data processing locations: Personal data may be processed in Curaçao, Cyprus and any other jurisdiction where the Operator or its Payment Processors and service providers are located or operate. Appropriate safeguards are implemented where required to protect your data and to comply with applicable data protection laws.
  • Retention and rights: Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy, including regulatory record-keeping obligations. Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, restriction, objection, deletion and data portability, which you may exercise via the contact channels specified in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

The Operator may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, regulatory requirements, technical developments, or business needs.

  • Notification of changes: Material changes to these Terms will be communicated by an appropriate method, which may include:
    • an on-site banner or pop-up notice when you log in;
    • an email sent to the address registered on your Account; or
    • an update notice in your Account area or within the relevant section of the Website.
    The updated Terms will state a new effective date, which will not be earlier than the date of publication, and in any event will be aligned with a date in 2025 or beyond.
  • Acceptance of changes: Your continued use of the Website and Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and request closure of your Account before the effective date of the changes, subject to withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance in accordance with these Terms.
  • Historical versions: The Operator may retain or make available previous versions of these Terms for reference, in line with its legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations.

Termination & Suspension

The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Services and your Account in the circumstances described below. You may also choose to close your Account at any time.

  • Termination by you: You may request temporary suspension, permanent self-exclusion or closure of your Account through the tools available on the Website or by contacting support. Upon closure, and subject to AML and KYC checks, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via an agreed payment method, except where funds are reasonably suspected to be linked to fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activities.
  • Suspension or termination by the Operator: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, and/or void or withhold funds, where:
    • you breach these Terms or any specific promotional rules;
    • you provide false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification;
    • you engage in fraud, collusion, Bonus abuse, chargebacks or other prohibited conduct;
    • required by law, regulatory instruction, court order or Payment Processor request; or
    • necessary for responsible gambling or security reasons.
  • Procedure and notification: Where reasonably possible, the Operator will notify you of the reasons for suspension or termination using the contact details associated with your Account. However, in some cases (for example, where AML investigations or regulatory confidentiality obligations apply) the Operator may be prevented from providing detailed information.
  • Effect on funds: In the event of termination:
    • Real Money Balances not linked to breach or unlawful activity will, where lawful and practicable, be paid out to you, subject to verification and any chargeback or fraud deductions;
    • Bonus Funds and related winnings may be cancelled; and
    • funds reasonably considered to be connected to fraud, money laundering or other serious breaches may be frozen and reported to relevant authorities.
  • Dormant accounts: If you do not log in or place any Bets for a prolonged period, your Account may be treated as dormant in line with the Operator's policy and any applicable laws. Additional terms may apply to dormant Account handling, including notification procedures and any permitted administrative fees, and will be published on the Website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or with the use of the Website or Services, are governed by the laws of Curaçao.

  • Primary jurisdiction: The courts of Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any proceedings and settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
  • UK Users and mandatory protections: If you are a consumer habitually resident in the United Kingdom, you may benefit from certain mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply irrespective of this governing law clause. Nothing in these Terms affects those non-excludable protections. However, the Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, and you will not have access to UKGC complaint procedures, UK-approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies or the UK Gambling Ombudsman.
  • Internal complaints and Curaçao-based escalation: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you must first submit a complaint to the Operator's customer support using the channels described on the Website, providing full details and supporting evidence. The Operator will investigate and respond within a reasonable period, taking into account any Curaçao licensing requirements. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the complaint to the relevant Curaçao regulator or licence-holder dispute channel referenced on the Website, it being understood that Curaçao-based mediation historically has a lower resolution rate than some onshore regulators.
